Elysium Terms of Use

These terms apply when you create an account or use the Elysium application, website and connected services.
Using Elysium
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use Elysium lawfully. You are responsible for goals, rewards, rules, devices and automations you configure. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with other users or infrastructure.
Important safety notice
Elysium supports behavior, fitness and home automation. It is not medical advice, emergency infrastructure, a safety or security system, or a substitute for professional care.
- Never use Elysium to restrict access to food, medicine, emergency equipment, exits or safety-critical resources.
- Connected services, networks and devices can be delayed, unavailable or incorrect. Keep a safe manual override.
- Do not rely on Elysium for diagnosis, treatment or emergency decisions.
Health and connected services
You decide which permissions and providers to connect. Measurements can be incomplete or inaccurate. Third-party hardware and services remain governed by their own terms and may change or stop working independently of Elysium.
Subscriptions and payments
Digital subscriptions are purchased through Apple. The price, billing period and renewal terms shown by Apple at purchase apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account. Deleting an Elysium account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Restore and manage-subscription controls are available in the Membership screen.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change to improve safety, security, compatibility or the product. We may suspend access needed to protect users, the service or comply with law.
Your content and intellectual property
You retain rights to information you create. You permit Elysium to process it only as needed to provide and improve the requested service. The Elysium application, design and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Ending use and contacting us
You may stop using Elysium and delete your account. Sections that must logically survive termination, including payment records, safety limitations and intellectual-property provisions, continue to apply. Questions can be sent to support@elysiumecosystem.eu.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be published with a new effective date and presented for acceptance where required. Continued use after a non-material update means the updated terms apply.
